Each Friday, we’ll explore a different layer of sound therapy using crystal bowls, gongs, and tuning forks, combined with gentle practices like breathwork, journaling, and intention setting. This helps your body move into a deeply relaxed state where real restoration can happen. 💙
Over four weeks, you’ll:

✨ learn simple techniques to calm your nervous system
