About

For many years, my life moved at the fast-paced rhythm of big cities where I lived, studied and worked - Mumbai, Milan and New York City attending fashion weeks, managing corporate deadlines, and feeling a constant pull toward everything outside of myself. I was successful on paper, yet spiritually restless. My focus lived almost entirely in the outer world, while something quieter inside me kept waiting to be heard.

That inner voice finally found its way to me the day I stepped into my first yoga class. What began as a simple moment of curiosity unfolded into something far deeper… an unexpected sense of connection, presence, and inner awakening I had never known before. Yoga didn’t just shift my body, it opened a doorway within me. And once it opened, I knew I couldn’t return to who I had been before.

Leaving behind the noise of the big cities, I began following this new path with devotion. Over the years, I immersed myself in learning… not to teach, but first to understand. I practiced with classical teachers in Mysore and Goa, explored modern interpretations in Mexico and Sweden, and allowed each lineage to shape me in a different way. I wanted my journey to be lived fully through my body, emotions, and spirit before offering anything to others. I wanted to know how it felt, truly felt, to transform.

Yoga was my first step into awakening—but it wasn’t the last.

A few years later, I experienced a gong bath that shifted me once again. The vibrations moved through me in a way that words couldn’t explain. In that moment, I understood the profound, ancient power of sound. It became clear that sound healing wasn’t just something to witness—it was something I was meant to learn, embody, and eventually share.

Crystals entered my life just as organically. What began as a personal curiosity grew into a daily ritual. My home slowly filled with them… each one holding a frequency, a quiet wisdom, a grounding presence. Working with crystals became second nature, another way to support emotional and energetic balance in myself and in others.

Today, all of these experiences - yoga, sound healing, and crystal therapy—flow together into the work I share. They form a holistic pathway that honors both ancient Indian roots and the modern, global teachings I’ve learned along the way.

At the heart of everything I offer is a simple belief:

“There is so much more within us than we ever find outside”

Whether someone steps onto their mat for a single breath, feels the resonance of a singing bowl, or holds a crystal in moments of stillness, these practices have the power to reconnect us to ourselves. That is why I teach. I want people to experience what I experienced: the clarity, the grounding, the awakening, the quiet knowing that something sacred lives within.

Warm, grounded, and deeply intentional, my work is dedicated to helping people slow down, soften, and come home to themselves—where true

transformation begins.
