Welcome to an experience where calm, presence and well-being are at the center. You start the morning with a delicious hotel breakfast in the restaurant Inez & Ernst with everything you need for a soft and harmonious start to the day. After breakfast, a unique Floating Sound Healing awaits you inside our spa - a deeply restorative moment where you float on warm water, surrounded by harmonious vibrations from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and chimes.
Comfortably resting on a floating mattress and softly nestled in a blanket, you have the opportunity to release your attention from the noise of your surroundings and instead sink into a state of deep relaxation and presence. Where the unique combination of sound, water and touch creates a powerful moment of recovery and magic for your senses. To end the session, you are welcome to sink into the warm water and then continue to enjoy our calming environments with access to pools and sauna.
